This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I have been in Maine again for four weeks and it feels as if I have never left. My room is the same, the people are the same. It feels like home. I started of my Junior year with a Doug Scott workshop, my book "Aerodynamically...", was finished in 48 hours, printed, bond, and critiqued. It was an amazing experience to get a work done so quickly, and I am really proud of the result. It has been really interesting starting my major year. We are more left to our own, not hovered by teachers all the time. They are there but we fend more for ourselves. I feel like this will be very helpful transitioning me to real life. I have received my studio, a little white desk with walls on its edges so that I may hang up work, it is small, quaint, I love it! I'm alitle busier than I was last year, which suits me, I find myself not shutting myself out and watching TV all the time as I did last year. I am working constantly. Also, this year I am taking a printmaking course which suits me very well. I love chin collee (apologies for the spelling), adding paper with little ink is so much fun, I love the way the paper creates transparent points so that layers appear. I will put up some of my pieces from printmaking soon.
In other news my dear dog Maizy was put down two weeks ago, she was 14. I miss her smile. I figured I would not see her again when I left home but I still feel sad for her loss. My folks say that Jake and Riley have been helping with making it easier to let her go. However, I am glad I am not there. So that is pretty much it for now.
